CAMP REGISTRATION

Since we have limited enrollment for all of our programs they will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis. In order to register for each session the required application forms must be received with a deposit. Summer Session deposit is $250 per session. Other programs may or may not require deposits depending on cost. Once your space has been confirmed, the depost is non-refundable.

Summer Session Campers will also draw from an activities account ($100 per session) for activities that are not covered in tuition. Any balance remaining at the end of the session will be returned.

If you are paying by check please include your deposit check with the registration form. If you are paying via PayPal we will credit your account but you will not be registered until the correct forms are received.

Campers who are accepted for each session will receive a packet by US Postal Service with information on what to bring for camp. Any required forms from the packet, such as medical forms, will need to be filled out and returned with the balance of tuition.

The balance of the tuition is due in two equal payments due on April 1st and May 1st. In the event payment is not recieved by these dates Copper Ridge Farm reserves the right to consider that slot open and offer it to the next camper on the waiting list.
